- What is the difference between design-partner and standard pricing?
- Design-partner pricing is €4.99 per user per month, locked for 12 months from signup, available to the first ~30 customers via the DESIGN30 promo code. Standard pricing is €7.99 per user per month and is the rate for everyone after the design-partner cohort closes. The product is identical at both rates — design-partner status is about the relationship (monthly call, roadmap influence) and the locked rate, not feature gating.
- What happens after the 12-month design-partner lock?
- You roll to the standard rate at the end of month 12 unless we have agreed otherwise. We notify you in-app and by email before the price change. There is no auto-trap — you can cancel from the self-service billing portal at any time.
- Per-seat or per-organisation pricing?
- Per seat. A seat is one human user with sign-in access to your AIRegistra organisation. Tools, budgets, and AI Act items are unlimited — you only pay per person who logs in.
- What if I add or remove team members during the month?
- Proration runs automatically. Add a seat mid-month, you pay the prorated amount on the next invoice. Remove a seat, you get a prorated credit. Seat changes happen in the self-service billing portal, not a custom AIRegistra UI — that means one fewer screen for us to maintain and one fewer place where the seat count can drift.
- How does the 30-day trial work?
- You enter a payment method at signup but are not charged until day 31. Use the product fully during the trial. If you cancel before day 31 you are never charged. If you do nothing, the subscription auto-converts on day 31 at your locked rate.
- Can I switch between design-partner and standard plans?
- You upgrade automatically at month 13 unless re-negotiated. Standard customers cannot move backwards into the design-partner cohort once it closes — that cohort is fixed at ~30 seats and is part of how we keep the founding customer relationship meaningful.
- Are there annual discounts?
- Not in v1. The pricing is intentionally simple — one rate, monthly billing, cancel anytime. We may revisit annual pricing once the standard tier has 12 months of churn data; right now we lack the signal to size a credible annual discount.
- Do you offer enterprise pricing?
- Not in v1. We are intentionally focused on the 50–300 person mid-market segment. Enterprise asks (custom data residency, SAML SSO, dedicated infrastructure) sit on the roadmap as a v1.x track. If you need those today, the comparison page covers tools that already serve that segment well.
