Privacy Policy — AIRegistra

1. Controller

The data controller is Mindysm OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia (registry code to be registered), with its registered address in Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: hello@airegistra.com.

2. What data we collect

This landing site (airegistra.com) uses Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site. Firebase Analytics sets cookies and collects device and usage data such as approximate location (country/region, derived from IP), browser and OS, pages viewed, time on page, and referral source. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage.

When you contact us by email (for example, via the early access buttons on this page), we additionally collect:

Your email address
Your name, if you include it
The content of your message

3. Legal basis and purpose

We process email inquiries on the legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — specifically, to respond to your request and to maintain a waitlist for the AIRegistra product. Where we ask for explicit consent (for example, to add you to a newsletter), the legal basis is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

4. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use the following processors:

Google Cloud (Firebase Hosting) — website hosting. Data processed in the EU/EEA where possible. Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
Google (Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics 4) — website usage analytics. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Email provider — for transactional email. We use providers that are GDPR-compliant.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify inaccurate data
Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Restrict or object to processing
Data portability
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the supervisory authority in your EU member state

7. Cookies and consent

Analytics cookies are only set after you explicitly accept the consent banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage categories denied by default.

When accepted, Firebase Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga, _ga_*) used to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can change your mind at any time:

Clear your browser's site data for airegistra.com to be re-prompted by the consent banner.
Block third-party scripts or cookies for this domain in your browser settings.
Install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when material changes are made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
