Public roadmap
Where AIRegistra is going.
Honest about what's shipped, what's next, and what's aspirational. Updated as scope settles.

What's in production today
Six development phases (A–F) shipped throughout 2026 Q1 and Q2. The product is feature-complete for the modules below; v1 is about polish, payments, and public-facing surfaces.
- A
Phase A
2026 Q1Org / member core: workspace creation, OAuth sign-in, audit log, member roles.
- B
Phase B
2026 Q1AI Tool Register: classification, evidence fields, owner/status, billing-import wizard, employee surveys.
- C
Phase C
2026 Q1–Q2EU AI Act readiness: per-role checklist (Provider / Deployer / Importer / Distributor), evidence types, snapshot PDF.
- D
Phase D
2026 Q2Request Workflow: form, configurable routing, SLA tracking, decision rationale capture.
- E
Phase E
2026 Q2Budget & Spend: per-team budgets, multi-currency cached ECB rates, 75/90/100% threshold alerts, generic CSV importer.

v1 launch
v1 launches June 2026
Seven items separate today's product from a publicly launchable one — anything not in this list is explicitly v1.1+.
- 01
Self-serve onboarding
Stranger lands → signs up → creates org → imports first tool → produces first audit snapshot in <10 min, no human in the loop.
- 02
Self-service billing
Pay-as-you-go per-seat with team-managed seat counts, automatic proration, and the ability to cancel anytime. 30-day free trial. €4.99 design-partner / €7.99 standard.
- 03
Single-level teams
Structured Team entity replacing the free-text team field on tools and budgets. Hierarchy is v1.2+.
- 04
EU AI Act readiness — polished
Provider/Importer/Distributor checklists pass legal review. Snapshot PDF visual polish. Customer-journey end-to-end test.
- 05
Email / notification stack
Reliable transactional email — invitations, approval-workflow notifications, training reminders, and budget alerts — delivered to your team's inbox without bouncing.
- 06
Public docs site
airegistra.com/docs — getting started, EU AI Act primer, policy templates, FAQs.
- 07
Marketing site completions
Pricing, roadmap, comparison, case-study scaffolding. The page you are reading is part of this item.
After v1
Themes for the months after launch
High-level themes, not commitments. Concrete sub-items get added as customer signal sharpens.
Direct billing-platform integrations
Native connectors to common billing and spend-management platforms that replace today's manual CSV imports. The CSV importer stays — direct connectors are an upgrade, not a replacement.
Deeper SSO
Enterprise single sign-on alongside the Google sign-in shipped at v1. SAML for enterprise prospects. SCIM provisioning where it pulls weight.
Richer collaboration surfaces
Chat-based integrations for request submission and approval pings (Slack first). Comment threads on tools and AI Act items. Per-team views beyond budget.
AI-as-product-feature spend
When the AI tool is something your own product calls via a third-party LLM API, token-level visibility. Today the register treats those as one tool with a bill; v1.x makes the cost surface granular.
Aspirational
Things on the wish list — no dates
These are real customer asks but explicitly aspirational for v1. We'll move them up as adoption justifies.
-
Per-business-unit tenancy and parent-child team hierarchy with rollups.
-
Enterprise tier: SSO, custom data residency, named CS, dedicated infrastructure.
-
Partner-tier portal for fractional CISOs, DPOs, and AI consultants juggling multiple clients.
-
Adjacent compliance frames: NIS2, DORA, where overlap with AI governance is material.
-
Public API tier for teams building custom tooling on top of AIRegistra.
